Peter Tunjic
Peter Tunjic practises in commercial law with a particular focus on supporting CEOs and boards with mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, directorship and corporate governance issues.
He principally acts as “outsourced” in house counsel for variety of commercial and corporate clients in the fields of health sciences and technology development and commercialisation.
Peter’s practice focuses on the following areas:
high growth entities, including commercialisation strategies, incentive plans, IP issues, capital raisings acquisitions and exits.
general commercial and corporate transactions, including commercial contract advice and drafting
Peter graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws . He was admitted to practice in 1995. He founderd Tunjic Legal and Commercial Pty Ltd in 2004 and is the Principal of the firm.
